Mission Statement

To promote and insure that effective statewide legislation is passed by the General Assembly and signed into law by the Governor. Legislation that, while recognizing the needs of electric utilities to provide safe and reliable service, will return rights guaranteed to property owners under the U.S. and State Constitutions, and will preserve the beauty and function which trees bring to our cities and towns, our neighborhoods and our lives.  With this goal in mind we have created the Indiana Tree Alliance.

This website is dedicated to the thousands of property owners who have been victimized by ruthless and unnecessary trimming and removal of trees near power lines.
