January 5-6, 2010     Evidentiary Hearing Starting at 9:30 a.m. in room 222, National City Center, 101 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN

A series of IURC public field hearings have been held throughout the state to accept sworn consumer comments for the evidentiary record in this investigation.  The meeting were held in Muncie, Indianapolis, Seymour, Merrillville, Fort Wayne, Evansville.   

-March 3rd, 2009 – Charlie Goodman filed a complaint with the OUCC against Indianapolis Power & Light on behalf of 57 property owners.  Cause # 43650

-April 1st, 2009 – IURC began an investigation.  Cause # 43663
